The Taylor Company has long been recognized as one of the world's leading foodservice equipment manufacturers. Taylor equipment is found on 6 continents in over 120 countries. Consequently, our equipment requires multi-language documentation in order to meet CE regulatory requirements and to satisfy our many International customers.

As Taylor's Communications Manager, I have been working with Pacolet International Translation, Inc. for the past five years. Prior to using Pacolet's services I spent frustrating years submitting translation projects to various companies and freelance translators. I have worked with several of the largest agencies, Including those in Chicago and in Monterrey, which is well known for language services. Until working with Pacolet, I could never finds an agency or individual that would provide consistent, accurate translation. Pacolet, however, continually meets and exceeds our translation needs.

We have contracted Pacolet to translate technical material for as many as 23 different languages at one time.
